The Exhaust Extraction Systems offered by Blaschke Umwelttechnik are tailored to the individual needs of the customers taking account of the specific structural and technical conditions and economic requirements. Each individual solution build on one of the various basic lines that have been developed over the past decades. They range from fixed exhaust extraction hoods and stationary or moving swivel arms equipped with fixed or movable hoods to sophisticated mobile exhaust extraction bridges.

A typical system is composed of an extraction unit to capture and collect the harmful exhaust gases, slotted suction rails and ducting to channel the exhaust emissions and a frequency-controlled fan. The fan ensures that the harmful exhaust emissions are extracted and discharged outside the workshop. The use of additional filters is possible. Programmable logic controllers and radio remote control systems allow for easy operation and reliability.

DUO Swivel Arm

A wall mounted or freestanding, floor mounted DUO Swivel Arm is a perfect solution where space is limited and where cranes are mounted. It is mainly composed of a rotary head and two slotted aluminum rails. An electrically driven trolley carrying a round or rectangular, height adjustable hood runs along the rails. A swivel arm length up to 12 meters and a slewing range up to 320° are possible.

BRB Swivel Arm

The significant feature of the BRB Swivel Arm is its runway structure consisting of two parallel slotted aluminum rails that are mounted vertically on the wall or columns of the building. Between the rails travel one or more trolleys with an up to 6 m long swivel arm made of a galvanized steel duct. An electric height adjustable hood is fixed at the end of the duct. The slewing range reaches nearly 180° degrees. As it covers the entire length of the track, it provides maximum flexibility.

RailBridge

With the RailBridge system, Blaschke Umwelttechnik provides a very flexible and versatile overhead solution. It features two slotted aluminum rails suspended from the roof construction and running parallel to the track. They support multiple horizontal bridges with one or more extraction units that can be moved transversely on the bridge. The RailBridge system ensures the coverage of the entire train.
