UNDERFLOOR VISION ROBOT (UVR) is a mobile intelligent inspection robot system running on the dedicated track under the vehicle, for automatically inspecting, recognizing and measuring bottom and side objects of trains. High-speed and high-resolution cameras are applied to perform a panoramic quick-scan inspection of key components under the train and a fine-scan for bogie components. The inspection results automatically upload for review.
